These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JobIQ (the "Service"), operated by JobIQ ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
JobIQ helps job seekers verify the legitimacy of job postings, find original employer sources, score resume matches, and generate application materials including cover letters and follow-up emails using artificial intelligence.
You must be at least 16 years old to use JobIQ. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
JobIQ offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

JobIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate cover letters, match scores, follow-up emails, and other content. This content is provided as a starting point and suggestion only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before submitting it as part of a job application. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from AI-generated content you choose to submit unedited.
JobIQ's verification system assigns trust tiers (Confirmed, Cross-posted, Unverified, AI-suggested, Red flags) based on automated analysis of publicly available information. These classifications are intended to assist your judgment, not replace it. We do not guarantee that any job posting — regardless of its assigned tier — is free of fraud, misrepresentation, or has accurate terms. You should independently verify any job opportunity before providing personal, financial, or identifying information to a prospective employer.
JobIQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as your resume), and grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any job opportunity identified through the Service is genuine, accurately described, or will result in employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial loss, identity theft, or employment-related harm resulting from a fraudulent job posting, regardless of its assigned verification tier.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
